Standard Order Processing Lead Time
All apparel, home goods, and accessory orders require 1–3 business days internal warehouse processing time before dispatch. Processing operations run Monday through Friday, excluding all US federal public holidays and weekends.
- Any order submitted after 3:00 PM EST will begin official processing the next following business day.
- Holiday peak season, flash sale, and limited-edition drop orders may extend processing time to a maximum of 5 business days; we will send automated delay notification emails to all affected customers.
- Custom personalized printed merchandise requires an additional 2–4 business days production lead time prior to shipment.

- Standard Ground Shipping: Complimentary free shipping for all orders subtotaling $75 USD or higher
Estimated delivery: 4–8 business days post-processing completion
- Expedited Express Shipping: Flat fixed rate $9.99

International Global Shipping
- Standard International Shipping: Flat fixed rate $12.99
Estimated delivery: 10–25 business days (timeline varies heavily based on local national customs clearance processing speed)
- Priority International Shipping: Flat fixed rate $19.99
Estimated delivery: 7–14 business days with expedited priority customs clearance support
We currently deliver merchandise to most countries within North America, Europe, Australia, and Southeast Asia. Certain remote or courier-restricted global regions will appear unavailable as shipping options during the checkout flow.
Order Shipment Tracking Information
Once your packaged order departs our distribution warehouse, an automated system email containing your unique tracking number and official carrier tracking portal link will be sent to your registered customer email address. Tracking status updates may take 24–48 hours to fully populate on carrier official websites. If your tracking record shows no package movement for more than 7 consecutive business days, contact our dedicated shipping support team to file an official shipment investigation request.
Standard Shipping Fee Regulations
- All US domestic retail orders meeting or exceeding the $75 USD subtotal threshold qualify for complimentary standard ground shipping.
- US domestic orders below the $75 USD subtotal carry a fixed flat ground shipping cost of $5.99 per order.
- All international delivery fees are fixed flat rates automatically calculated at checkout based on the selected destination country.
- Original delivery shipping fees paid during checkout are fully non-refundable for all voluntary customer-initiated returns.
International Customs, Duties & Import Tax Rules
All cross-border international shipments of Life Is Good apparel and home goods may be subject to import VAT, customs duty charges, border clearance administration fees, or local national sales tax collected by your destination country’s customs authority.
- All import-related monetary charges are the sole financial responsibility of the customer and collected upon physical package delivery by your local courier or customs office.
- Life Is Good does not cover, reimburse, or compensate customers for any customs duties, storage hold fees, or customs detention charges applied to international retail orders.
- If you refuse package delivery due to unwillingness to pay applicable customs fees, all associated return shipping costs will be fully deducted from your final refund amount.
Lost, Stolen or Damaged Shipment Claim Process
Lost Package Claim Guidelines
Wait a minimum of 10 full consecutive business days after your official estimated delivery date before submitting a lost shipment inquiry request. Email your valid order number and tracking ID to support@lifeisgood.com, and we will initiate an official loss investigation with the assigned shipping carrier. Approved lost shipment claims allow customers to select either free full re-shipment of all ordered goods or a complete monetary product refund (one resolution option permitted per lost order).
Transit-Damaged Merchandise Claims
Immediately upon receiving a damaged package, capture clear high-resolution photographs of the damaged apparel/home goods, all inner packaging materials, and the outer shipping carton within 7 calendar days of delivery confirmation. Submit all visual evidence to our official support email inbox. We fully cover all costs for replacement merchandise and return shipping fees for items damaged during courier transit handling.
Shipping Restrictions & Limitations
- United States PO Box mailing addresses are only compatible with standard ground shipping service. Expedited air and international shipments require a valid physical residential or commercial street address for delivery.
- We cannot ship hazardous, restricted, or regulated items per global international courier transportation guidelines.
